By submitting content to the Site, you grant Zuhausi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content for purposes related to operating, presenting, and promoting our business, subject to applicable law.

Zuhausi does not control these external services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security practices, business operations, or privacy policies. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ZUHAUSI SITE AND RELATED DIGITAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, CHENSHIYING INC DISCLAIMS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, SECURITY INCIDENTS, TECHNICAL ERRORS, SOFTWARE DEFECTS, OR TEMPORARY SERVICE UNAVAILABILITY.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHENSHIYING INC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LOGISTICS PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM: (A) SITE INTERRUPTIONS OR TECHNICAL UNAVAILABILITY; (B) THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ZUHAUSI PRODUCTS; (C) UNAUTHORIZED SECURITY EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL; OR (D) FAILURES INVOLVING NETWORKS, COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, OR DATA TRANSMISSION. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE OR RESTRICT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

8. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold CHENSHIYING INC harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, penalties, damages, or reasonable legal expenses arising directly from your material violation of these Terms, unlawful or fraudulent activity, or infringement of another party's intellectual property or other legal rights.

11. Force Majeure

CHENSHIYING INC will not be responsible for delays or failures to perform obligations under these Terms where such delays or failures result from circumstances reasonably outside our control. 12. Risk of Loss & Ownership

The transfer of ownership and risk of loss relating to Zuhausi products purchased through the Site will be determined according to the applicable shipping arrangements, delivery terms, and mandatory consumer protection laws governing the transaction.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Use and related activities involving the Zuhausi storefront will be governed and interpreted according to the laws applicable to CHENSHIYING INC and its operation of the Site, without restricting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to customers within their respective jurisdictions.

Any dispute relating to access to or use of the Zuhausi Site will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and any legally enforceable dispute-resolution requirements governing the relevant matter.

14. Severability & Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted, modified, or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.

Where permitted by applicable law, you may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to another party without our prior written approval. CHENSHIYING INC may assign or delegate its rights and obligations where legally permitted.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with policies and agreements expressly incorporated into them by reference, constitute the agreement between you and CHENSHIYING INC concerning your access to and use of the Zuhausi digital storefront. They supersede prior representations, communications, or understandings relating to the same subject matter, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
